Our short stay apartments are set in a beautiful period Georgian dwelling in a quiet residential area. 9 Hertford Street offers a tranquil retreat to return to after a day’s exploration of one of the world’s most vibrant and cultural cities.

Whatever your interests, you can be sure there will be something for you nearby. We are within walking distance of some of London’s major parks, boutique shops, restaurants, historic landmarks and galleries.

We are also close to the fabulous theatres of the West End so if time allows, make the most of your visit by booking seats for a play or musical.

Hertford Street is situated beside Park Lane and within short walking distance of Shepherd Market, boutique shops, pubs and restaurants.

We are close by to some of the capital’s major attractions including Buckingham Palace, The Royal Academy of Arts, Apsley House, Fortnum & Mason, Piccadilly and West End theatres.

Mayfair

Mayfair is one of the most exclusive districts of London and of course holds the prestige of being the most expensive square on the Monopoly board! It earned its name after the May Fair, an annual event which took place around Shepherd Market from 1686 to 1764. Hertford Street was established during the building boom of the 1760s and is reputedly named after the Hertford Inn (no longer in existence).

We stayed at 9 Hertford Street over the Easter weekend and could not have hoped for a better place to be with our two-year old son. Not only was his cot ready when we arrived but we were greeted with chocolates, fresh fruits and a lovely card written by the manager. The flat was very spacious and bright, with a terrace. We all felt at home straight away. The concierges were very helpful and friendly. I was even provided with a laptop for an hour in order to catch up with some work!
