The staff are wonderful and ready to assist in any way you need directions, suggestions on shops, shows, sights, tours, they were polite and friendly without being pushy or intrusive.
On a recent visit I was suddenly hit by a burst appendix. Hertford St support – notably Vladimir and Nabil – looked after me with minimum fuss and maximum care and quickly got me to hospital and stayed with me to ensure I was properly admitted in A&E.
