At 9 Hertford Street, your health, safety and comfort are our priorities. We have implemented new safety measures and enhanced sanitising procedures, and our team have received specific Covid-19 training, so that you can stay with us safely and with confidence. Please see below to view our new health and safety protocols.
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
Please ask if you require a chauffeur driven transfer to us.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:
Guests will be greeted in Reception for check in. Contactless check in is available via App.
Staff will be stationed behind the screen at the Reception desk.
Guests will be issued with a sanitised key for their apartment. This will be sanitised again upon return.
Credit card machines will be sanitised before and after each individual use. Guests will be asked to insert their own card.
We are temporarily unable to carry luggage for guests unless absolutely necessary. If our assistance is required, staff will wear gloves.
Guests will find hand sanitisers in Reception and on every landing. Masks are also provided in apartments.
If you require a delivery of grocery shopping, a member of staff will notify you of its arrival and leave it outside your apartment door.
Staff will not be permitted to enter apartments whilst they are occupied.
Magazines and soft furnishings (eg cushions) are not currently used in apartments.
Throughout the duration of your stay, please maintain a safe distance of one metre between you and other guests and staff.
Only one household to use the lift at any one time.
Door and cupboard handles, door bells, lift buttons and desks are sanitised after each use and routinely, every hour.
We are only servicing unoccupied apartments.
Individual cleaning kits are used for each apartment and stored separately to prevent cross-contamination.
The housekeeping team are wearing a fresh set of disposable masks, gloves and aprons to clean each apartment.
New cloths are used for each apartment.
Air-conditioning units are run for at two hours minimum after completing each apartment clean.
