“There is no better way to describe this place than to say they are amazing. The location is spot on, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the rooms are so homey. This is like a home away from home and great to get away from the hustle and bustle of London. We initially came here for a week but liked it so much we stayed for a few months. “We stayed at 9 Hertford Street over the Easter weekend and could not have hoped for a better place to be with our two-year old son. Not only was his cot ready when we arrived but we were greeted with chocolates, fresh fruits and a lovely card written by the manager. The flat was very spacious and bright, with a terrace. We all felt at home straight away. The concierges were very helpful and friendly. I was even provided with a laptop for an hour in order to catch up with some work!”

We absolutely loved our stay and I haven’t stopped complimenting the accommodation to family and friends since we got home. 9 Hertford Street really was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more of what you offer. We were both sad to leave. We live in very rural quiet Buckinghamshire but love to come to the 24/7 liveliness and vibrancy of London every couple of months and will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Hertford St support – notably Vladimir and Nabil – looked after me with minimum fuss and maximum care and quickly got me to hospital and stayed with me to ensure I was properly admitted in A&E.  This emergency example shows how the family ‘care culture’ extends way beyond simple stuff like clean shirts (and they’re very good at that too).
