Complimentary services and facilities

  • The reception desk is open between 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00-18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Check-in is between 14:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday. Check-in outside these hours and at weekends is by appointment only, giving at least 24 hours notice. Check-out is before 12 noon.
  • We service your flat weekly during stays of 7 days or more.

Great stay for business in a very central location. The apartment was perfectly equipped, a great size and very quiet. The layout and furnishings in the apartment were well thought through and really suited my needs. The team are so happy, accommodating and caring I simply cannot fault their service. A cheery hello and good bye every time I saw them and offers of local advice or help with any task.

Visited 9 Hertford Street with my dog. Susanna at the front desk was extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. My apartment had all the facilities one would expect and even a welcome toy and message for my dog waiting for him! The standard of cleanliness was impeccable, and the furnishings all looked as if they had been freshly cleaned. Building was quiet and peaceful. Parking was available under the building which was an added convenience. Thoroughly recommend, will be back.
