Complimentary services and facilities

Please note that some of these services are unavailable at the current time due to Covid-19 so please contact us with your requirements.

  • The reception desk is open between 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00-18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Check-in is between 14:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday. Check-in outside these hours and at weekends is by appointment only, giving at least 24 hours notice. Check-out is before 12 noon.
  • To comply with our COVID-19 Guidelines we service your flat weekly during stays of 7 days or more.
  • Passenger lift to all floors
  • Wheelchair access to 3 Bedroom Curzon Suite apartment

  • Weekend housekeeping (£45 per service)
  • Laundry and dry cleaning (external service)
  • Additional occupancy – £50 per extra guest. Please note that maximum room occupancy is four.
  • Dog walking and dog sitting service using Bone Rangers. Please let us know your requirements so we can book this for you.

From the first moment I contacted the staff for special requests, they were extremely helpful and accommodated all my requests such as handling my baby equipment rental issues way before I arrived to London. They prepared everything for me in the apartment hassle free with no extra charges.

But the best part is the service- the General Manager- whose name is Aude- was exceptionally helpful giving us plenty of tips for places to eat, visit, travel tips and was generally very smiley and welcoming. This is far better than any 5 star hotel- much more intimate. The staff really make you feel special and relaxed.
