  • Our concierges are on duty from 8am to 10pm Monday to Saturday, and 8am to 8pm on Sundays, for assistance and information and also check-in and check-out. Checking in outside these hours is by prior arrangement only.

From the first moment I contacted the staff for special requests, they were extremely helpful and accommodated all my requests such as handling my baby equipment rental issues way before I arrived to London. They prepared everything for me in the apartment hassle free with no extra charges.

But the best part is the service- the General Manager- whose name is Aude- was exceptionally helpful giving us plenty of tips for places to eat, visit, travel tips and was generally very smiley and welcoming. This is far better than any 5 star hotel- much more intimate. The staff really make you feel special and relaxed.
