Complimentary services and facilities

Please note that some of these services are unavailable at the current time due to Covid-19 so please contact us with your requirements.

  • Concierge for assistance, information and check-in/check-out service (9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm Saturday to Sunday). If you need to check-in outside of these hours, you may do so by prior arrangement with our team.
  • To comply with our COVID-19 Guidelines we are offering a maid service every four days, Monday to Friday. Maid service is usually between the hours of 08:30 and 14:00
  • Complimentary private on-site secure underground parking with direct lift access. Parking is subject to availability.
  • Passenger lift to all floors

Chargeable items, services and facilities

  • Daily newspapers

  • Weekend housekeeping (£45 per service)
  • Laundry and dry cleaning (external service)
  • Additional occupancy – £50 per extra guest. Please note that maximum room occupancy is four.
  • Dog walking and dog sitting service using Bone Rangers. Please let us know your requirements so we can book this for you.

From the first moment I contacted the staff for special requests, they were extremely helpful and accommodated all my requests such as handling my baby equipment rental issues way before I arrived to London. They prepared everything for me in the apartment hassle free with no extra charges.

But the best part is the service- the General Manager- whose name is Aude- was exceptionally helpful giving us plenty of tips for places to eat, visit, travel tips and was generally very smiley and welcoming. This is far better than any 5 star hotel- much more intimate. The staff really make you feel special and relaxed.
