What’s on in London during the February half term
Inside Aardman: Wallace & Gromit and Friends at the Young V&A (12 February – 15 November)
A fantastic exhibition exploring the stop-motion animation of Aardman as they celebrate their 50th anniversary.
Mundo Pixar Experience (from 13 February)
Immerse yourself in the world of Pixar as you walk through life-sized sets from iconic films including Toy Story, Up and Finding Nemo.
Beano Mischief at the Tower of London (14 – 22 February)
Explore the Tower of London and learn it’s history whilst helping Dennis the Menace and his friends find pieces of their time machine.
The Jolly Postman at the Postal Museum (14 February – January 2027)
Celebrating 40 years since the publication of this children’s classic, young visitors can follow the trail of The Jolly Postman as he delivers to fairytale characters including Cinderella, and see original artworks from the book as you go along (some on display for the first time).
Ballet Shoes at the National Theatre (until 21 February)
The National Theatre’s lauded production of Noel Streatfeild’s beloved novel about three adopted sisters growing up in 1930s London.
A Party for Charles at the Charles Dickens Museum (19 – 20 February)
This fantastic immersive experience provides young visitors with an insight into Victorian life; the event includes learning what Victorians would’ve eaten and party games they would’ve played.
