Trip Advisor has revealed that our local green space, Hyde Park, has been voted as the UK’s best park.

Earning a staggering 22.5k reviews, recent visitors have commented “It’s a beautiful green space in the heart of London and is very relaxing. The grounds are well kept with park staff actively cleaning while we were there.” and “Lovely walk, even on a busy day. So nice to see the swans with my family. We walked through to Kensington.”

At 350 acres, Hyde Park is the largest green space in London which links Mayfair (to the east) and Kensington (to the west). It’s home to the Serpentine lake (where you can hire a boat or pedalo, or swim in the Lido) and has its own art galleries, playgrounds (including a Senior Playground for the over 50s), cafés, shop and stables (where you can book riding lessons) and every summer, hosts the fantastic BST concerts.

We are so, so lucky to have this beautiful green space on our doorstep.
