It was our absolute pleasure to welcome lauded London dog photographer Andrew Raven (Raven Imagery) and some very special dogs to Hertford Street last week for a photoshoot.
Andrew is currently working on The Iconic Dogs of London, a fabulous book celebrating beloved canine companions in a variety of notable London locations. Think The Mall, Liberty London, Millennium Bridge, Trafalgar Square, Regent Street – and our very own Hertford Street, to name but a few! What an honour to be part of this exciting project. We will share the final image as soon as it’s released.
Dogs and their owners had travelled far and wide to be part of this special day – taking buses, trains, the underground, London’s black cabs (some, including dear Bunny the Old English Sheepdog, for the first time), and walking through our local parks. As you can imagine, it was a joyous day. There was a lot of laughter, cuddles, wagging tails, conversations about companionship and new friendships formed. It’s so true when they say that dogs bring people together!
Andrew is an international award-winning canine photographer. His proficiency at capturing the dogs’ characters and the love between them and their owners in the most fabulous and meaningful locations asserts him as the most sought-after photographer in his field. He has been featured on the BBC, ITV, Time Out and The Sunday Times, and enjoys a strong, loyal following on social media.
Andrew takes both private and commercial commissions; please visit his website for further information.
