When Flowers Dream installation and the Food Forever festival at Kew Gardens

When Flowers Dream is a new installation at the Shirley Sherwood Gallery of Botanical Art in Kew Gardens. The brainchild of Tanya Schultz, aka Pip & Pop, in collaboration with Kew’s scientists, the incredibly fun and surreal artwork explores foods of the future through an imaginary landscape created with pastel-toned sugar, confectionary and craft materials.

When Flowers Dream is part of Kew’s Food Forever festival which focuses upon sustainability. Please see Kew’s website for their full programme of talks, workshops and activities.
